    Volkswagen Passat Model Year (MY) 2011.5 Changes

    Passat CC 125TDI - now has engine start/stop
    Passat CC - brake energy recuperation
    Passat CC - Revised interior trim details for centre console and ventilation outlets
    Passat CC - Analogue clock added to centre of dashboard
    Passat CC - Enhanced functionality for optional Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and new city emergency brake (City EB) function.
    Passat CC - deletion of two storage trays for fitment of new clock
    Passat CC - new mute feature for parking sensors in OPS/RVC display
    Passat CC - change to luggage area tie down points (from diecast to wire loop)
    Passat CC - change to ac rotary dials from chrome to matt black
    Passat - no changes due to EOP

    deletion of two storage trays for fitment of new clock
    Happy they didn't do that in MY10

    I use mine for business cards and Coffee card.
    The cubbyhole on the right side lower dash is great for carwash coins

    I've never used mine - I recently opened each to make sure they still functioned, but I don't think I've ever put anything in there.

    I leave my packet of mints in there . Analogue clock is a little 'off' for me..

    Use one for parking slips (for expense claims) other for petrol vouchers from the supermarket. Right side flip out holder great for sunglasses.
    Agree that its silly to replace with clock, but passengers do complain that they can't see the time on mine as in the instrument panel.

    There is an option to display the time on your touch screen in the centre console.

    If not, ask them to wear a watch! LOL!
