    Sound Quality MK5 Golf With RNS510 Installed Not up to standards not full power

    Installed my RNS510 Install went sweetly, but i am having difficulties with the RNS510 Sound quality even when i turn it up its not giving full power from all speakers like my old rcd500 unit i know there is a way to fix it and it happend to member Cam. The sound quality is just not there. help will be greatly appreciated.

    I have coded the unit. Member Ozram helped me with that. And i have looked at the secret loudness setting in testmode and its on loudness. a quarter of the soud bar and still can't hear it. need to put the bar more than halp to get decent now thats not right. someone help please.

    Check the coding again, I have some info on my website if you're not sure and you may need to reboot after changing the setting.

    Link please maverick to the info about this, the RNS510 is working its just not giving 100 per cent sound you have to turn the knob and volume past the half line to get enough volume. help will be greatly appreciated.

    Did you choose no soundsystem installed?

    Basically the opposite of what I've done above.

    Byte01 - 00 no sound system
    Byte02 - 04 4 speakers
    Byte04 - 04 front and rear
    Byte05 - 00 leave as is

    Hi guys extremely happy have fixed it just required abit of vagcom work a special thanks to Mav and the other thanks heaps.
